Step 1: Access the Tools Menu

Step 2: Use the Import Tool

Under Tools, click Import.

Step 3: Export Your Site Data

Under Tools, click Export.

Click Download Export File to save an XML file of your site data.
Step 4: Check Site Health

Under Tools, click Site Health.

Review the status of your site and address any critical issues or recommendations.

Use the Info tab for detailed technical information about your site.
Step 5: Export Personal Data

Under Tools, click Export Personal Data.

Enter the user’s email address and click Send Request.

Once the request is confirmed, download the data.
Step 6: Erase Personal Data

Under Tools, click Erase Personal Data.

Enter the user’s email address and click Send Request.

Once the request is confirmed, the data will be erased.
